The house was renovated in 2018 and is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 main bathroom and an additional bathroom on the ground floor. Each room has SAT TV, a double bed and a wardrobe, and there is a shared safe in the living room. The house is air-conditioned (cooling/heating) and the main bathroom has additional heating, making it attractive for both summer and winter holidays. On the ground floor there is a children's playroom with various games, a children's billiard table, table football and other board games. The house has a large, spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean garden and a quiet street. Guests can use a barbecue, a large area around the house with garden furniture, and an outdoor shower. Guests have 3 parking spaces within the fenced grounds of the house. The nearest small shop is in Jakišnica, 4 km away, while larger shops, a fish shop and a market are in Novalja, 10 km away.

Holiday home Navalia is located in the quiet village of Potočnica, only 150 m from a sandy and pebble beach, and you can find seclusion on the paved rocks by the sea. Entertainment, shops and other facilities are in Novalja, 10 km away. The nearest small shop is in Jakišnica, 4 km away. The famous Zrće beach with club music and well-known DJs is about 12 km away, but apart from the world-famous Zrće, the island of Pag has many beautiful pebble and sandy beaches. Nearby are also the famous Lun olive groves with centuries-old olive trees, which can be visited. Boats run from Novalja and Tovarnele to the island of Rab and to Rijeka. Local agencies offer numerous excursions to the Zrmanja and Krka rivers and to Plitvice National Park, various boat trips to the Kornati islands, as well as to the nearby islands of Silba, Cres and Lošinj. The city of Zadar is 90 km away, Split 230 km and Zagreb 250 km.
